GAG REFLEX
Afferent: Glossopharyngeal
Efferent: Vagus (bilateral)
LIGHT REFLEX
Afferent: Option nerve
Efferent: Occulomotor nerve
JAW REFLEX
Afferent and efferent served by Trigeminal (only reflex that can check both the sensory and motor parts of the Trigeminal).
